As your representative, Hope Construction develops a team to coordinate and manage your entire construction project, fostering active participation among architects/engineers, construction managers, and your staffs. Based on value, cost, scheduling analysis, and other critical studies to determine aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals, we review final plans and specifications, then pre-qualifies selected subcontractors to submit proposals. After opening all proposals jointly with your staff, our management team evaluates each proposal for your approval.After contracts are awarded, Hope Construction monitors the schedule, budget, and quality of work, facilitating communication and managing project details to ensure successful completion.
